Dove Men+Care Review and Giveaway
I work. I sweat. I stink. It is such a vicious cycle. I don’t usually like smelling all froo-froo with all these body washes that are out there. Dove Men+Care Clean Comfort Body and Face Wash with Micromoisture technology is clinically proven to fight skin dryness better than regular men’s body wash. This ultra-light formula rinses off easily for a refreshing clean and total skin comfort. Many men put up with cleansing products that are harsh and drying, without realizing these products leave their skin feeling dry, irritated and uncomfortable. Also, the Active Clean Shower Tool was created to give an even better body wash experience by delivering maximum lather and maximum scrub in each shower.
- Ultra-light formula rinses easily and cleanly
- MICROMOISTURE activates when lathering
- For best results, use with Active Clean Shower Tool
- Available sizes: 13.5 oz and 18 oz
The first scented antiperspirant/deodorant from Dove specifically designed to give men protection—without compromise. Its unique formula combines one of the most effective ingredients for 48-hour protection against odor and wetness with non-irritant 1/4 moisturizer technology.
- 48-hour odor and wetness protection
- Non-irritating formula
- Tough on Sweat, Not on Skin
Dove developed MEN+CARE so men can literally be comfortable in their skin. Built on the Dove brand’s heritage in cleansing, moisturizing and care, the new MEN+CARE products offer great cleansing combined with Dove moisturizers to provide total skin comfort. Dove MEN+CARE is dermatologist recommended and clinically proven to fight skin dryness without irritation or tightness.
Ryan’s Rating: 7 out of 10!!
Pros: Skin felt clean, refreshed, nice light scent, and a noticeable difference in dryness.
Cons: Did not like the deodorant. More of an antiperspirant kind of guy. Don’t care for slippery under arms.
Giveaway
Two (2) winners will receive:
- A Dove Men+Care gift pack that contains a Clean Comfort body wash, a shower tool, antiperspirant/deodorant stick, and deodorant stick.

I once pumped 5 million gallons of the of what was human waste out of a series of digesters and into tankers that hauled it off for use as fertilizer. Suffice to say, no matter how hard you tried and how careful you were the stuff got on you – sometimes lots of it. The bright side was that lunch was a wiz. We’d walk into the local burger joint and those in line moved away and we’d get right to the front of the line every time. I had a brand new company pickup which they ended up junking when the job was finished cause they couldn’t get the smell out.
And then there was the time… but I’ll save that for the next similar giveaway…

I used to work in a deli, and sometimes I would draw the short stick and have to take the old grease out. It was so putrid and there was always a swarm of bugs around the outdoor bin. The buckets were way too heavy for me to lift and dump above my head, so I always spilled half on myself and the tiny plastic aprons we had offered very little protection.

Well I technically wasn’t all that dirty but it really grossed me out. At our old apartment we lived on the bottom floor and apparently the they had rigged something up in the drippy ceiling of our bathroom to hold water without informing us. About 2 months after we lived their two of the ceiling panels came crashing in while I was in the bathroom and all that water and plaster and god knows what else went all over me and the rest of the bathroom.
