A-A-A-A-A-A-A-AAAACHHOOO, another entry…ungh.
Wow, this weekend flew by terribly fast. It started on Friday, came home and we were ready to head out after my wife had been going through all of our daughters old clothes from the past four years. I swear I pulled out fourteen plastic storage tubs of just Taylor’s old baby and toddler clothes, hellloooooo, fourteen? It is also so sad that 25% of them still had tags on them and had not been worn, and I say that because I have known people to wear clothes out to do something or to a swanky dinner and then took them back the very next day! So we load these things into our FUV and go to the consignment store that my wife’s friend owns and I realize that we only brought like six bags o’stuff. Okay, now we did have fourteen tubs, where did the rest of the clothing run off too? Turns out alot of them had stains on them, she gave some to another one of our friends thats expecting, and the other bunch to some chick at church. Now what is crazy, I think Crystal shed a tear for every single bit of clothing that she either inspected or laid her hands on! She said “I don’t know why it is so hard to get rid of this old crap”, and I said “look most of that stuff has either smushed carrot or spit-up stains on it, keep the sentimental stuff for yourself and lets lighten our attic before it caves in on us” So needless to say, I think theres like one tub going back up to the attic. Also this weekend, me and the kiddos worked outside on Saturday, for like 9 hours and I don’t think I’ve ever had that much crap in my nose before! So today is Monday and I am still sneezing like I am rehearsing for a allergy-sinus medication commercial. I am hoping to start on the new podcast part of the new website this week so be looking forward to that also. Well, gotta start defrosting dinner, mmmmm pan roasted tilapia!
Late,
Ryan

Hey, now, don’t start giving Crystal a hard time for shedding tears over old clothes. Easton is only 6 months old and I already have a a huge tub full of clothes he has outgrown. I clean out his drawers and closet once a week, I know!!!! And guess what…..I get teary eyed every time. The first time, I had a complete meltdown!! Poor Ben came home and was not crazy enough to tell me I was being ridiculous (because I wasn’t). He made it better by saying “Just think of it as saving up for our next baby.” That sort of put a positive spin on it. So, be sensitive and be happy that she is so sentimental about your babies 🙂
