Fantastic Sams – Fantastic for Men Line (Closed)
![resFS_logo2](http://daddydigest.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/resFS_logo2.gif)
I’m the type of person who has always went to a place to get my hair done. Not super fancy places that charge outlandish prices to help select a style, wash, cut, blow dry, style, primp and give you advice on how to maintain your expensive look though. I also cringe at the thought of going to a traditional “barber shop” and get a haircut just like my daddy and my grandaddy. So finding a place like Fantastic Sams was an immense relief and convenience. Fantastic Sam’s was actually the first establishment I went to when I was younger and moved out on my own. Fantastic Sams Hair Salons is one of the world’s largest hair care franchises, providing the same quality services as independent salons but at a fraction of the cost.
One of the things I always think of is the hair care products that are used in a hair salons. I usually always get my hair washed and rinsed before I leave because I can’t stand to have hair bits all on my scalp after the haircut. The only problem is that I can’t keep that great smelling salon product in, on, and around my head the next day. The great news is that there is the Fantastic for Men Line. The Fantastic for Men Line includes a two-in-one shampoo & conditioner, a tea tree shampoo, tea tree conditioner, simple style matte wax, x-treme gel, and styling cement. Here is some info on all of them and who they are right for!

- Rock hard hold for funky, spiky, and fierce styles. Water resistant super strong styling cement provides definition and ultra control.
I really love the products that they sent over. My favorite by far is the Two-in-One shampoo/conditioner. It is amazing to just have both on one bottle. With all of the other bottles occupying the shelves in the shower in a household of five it is good to just look for your ONE bottle. As for the products in general: When they say it tingles…it does. When they say it styles well…it does. When they say it holds…………………………………….it……sorry I had some on the tip of my finger…see it really holds! Good stuff all around.

I’d personally go with the Tea Tree Conditioner. I have issues with frizziness that most other inexpensive conditioners do well with for about an hour or two out of the shower and then… poof, mini afro time… If I can pick this stuff up for less than about $8 per bottle and it actually works, they have a winner in my book. On a side note, the styling cement sounds like it might be fun to play with 🙂
